Attorney Anne M. Deady, Esq.

Anne M. Deady, Esq. has been practicing law in Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding counties for over a decade.  She is a second generation Baltimore trial attorney. She is recognized for her tenacity, preparedness and creativity in the courtroom.  While at the University of Maryland School of Law, she was presented with the Public Service Award, the Dean’s Award and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Diversity Recognition Award for her volunteer legal work in the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina.  

Following law school, Ms. Deady served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John N. Prevas, former Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.  After her clerkship, she entered into private practice and started her own law firm in 2012. Since then, she has developed a busy practice in criminal defense, family law and estate planning and litigation.  

Ms. Deady is an active volunteer in the legal community.  She is a past chair of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) and is a graduate of the MSBA Leadership Academy.  She also co-chaired the Trusts & Estates Subcommittee of the MSBA’s Special Committee on Voir Dire to draft pattern voir dire, which is now published and used across the state.   

Ms. Deady is admitted to practice in all Maryland state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
